Description
This 4-hour First Aid/CPR course, led by Mike Newhouse of First Aid Northwest, is ideal for construction professionals working in high-risk environments, including electricians, plumbers, and others regularly exposed to electrical and job site hazards. Based on current American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, the course combines hands-on training with practical emergency response techniques focused on real-world construction scenarios. Participants will learn CPR, AED use, and how to recognize and respond to medical emergencies such as electrical shock, heart attacks, strokes, severe bleeding, burns, fractures, and spinal injuries. Emphasis is placed on quick response, scene awareness, and providing immediate care until emergency services arrive. This course is open to all individuals 18 and older and is valuable for both field personnel and supervisory staff.

All participants will receive a 2-Year First Aid Card / 2-Year Rescuer CPR Card
